With 15 years experience, we have just about seen and heard it all. “I hate computers”, “It’s so slow!”, “Why doesn’t it just work?” and some others that can’t be written here. But the one thing in common is the frustration that occurs when the machine you use everyday breaks down and stops you from working – you just want it fixed!
What sets us apart is our ability to listen to you and speak in easy to understand terms, (also known as the English language) – not geek speak. We listen to your frustrations and complaints and then put mechanisms in place to reduce them.
